In this time of mayhem, clouds & storm,
Does anyone condemn, confront or conform,
Or do we have to relive the countless loss of life,
Do we have to allow & be accepting of the knife,
That stabs us in the back, but right before our eyes,
Or is there some kind of hack, that can extinguish all the lies,
What do we need to do, to wake up from our sleep,
To realize what's there, the benefits to reap,
If we just put forth an effort to go a little beyond our means,
To care about something more, besides that new pair of jeans,
Maybe we could give, maybe we could do,
Maybe we could speak or even write a song,
Maybe we could pray, not even for long,
Just say a word to g-d the creator of our life,
Or give someone a hug to take away their strife,
Whatever we can do is better than to sigh,
To lend a hand & help instead of idling by,
Centralize your power, do something for good,
Don't call it a bother, when doing something you should,
Every deed you do, that stems from the side of good,
Will bring truth in to the world & make it understood!
So go out on your own!
And know your all around!
Every time you do something,
You bring heaven to the ground!
So remember who you are & how far you really go,
And remember g-d is listening & watches as you grow!
