Rabbi Note Shemtov serves as the Mashpia, providing spiritual guidance and mentorship to students. His role is pivotal in nurturing their personal and religious growth within the yeshiva environment.

Aliza Feiglin supports the administration as Assistant Director and also teaches within the program. With extensive experience working with teens, she ensures that administrative needs and educational goals are effectively met, providing valuable insight and support to the students. Aliza will be teaching history, cooking, and baking.

Rabbi Motty brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles as a Shliach in Jets and a Moshav in Beis Menachem Youth Development program in the Poconos. His dedication to student development and passion for working with youth make him an invaluable team member.

Rabbi Shlomo Feldman is passionate about igniting the flame of Yiddishkeit in others, uncovering its deeper meanings with boundless enthusiasm. With extensive experience directing youth programs, teaching in high schools, and engaging in global outreach efforts, he has served as a shliach at Achei Temimim for the past two years.

Tzvi Stein is a highly respected teacher and mentor specializing in English and Math. Currently teaching at Yeshiva Darchei Menachem and also involved in teaching GED at Aliya, Tzvi brings academic expertise and a supportive approach to student learning.

Mendy Barber, CEO of Crown Woodworking, shares his expertise as the Woodworking Instructor. His hands-on approach and professional experience in woodworking enrich the vocational training offered at Bnei Aliya.

Yoni Lorber is a dedicated Music Teacher who fosters musical talent and creativity among students. His instruction provides a creative outlet and enhances the cultural and artistic offerings of the program.

Yossi Mlynsky is the founder of UpStack, where he successfully grew the business from inception to over $50 million in revenue. He studied Software Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney and has since dedicated himself to teaching through classes and personalized 1-on-1 sessions. His expertise spans coding, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, startup creation, mathematics, logic, finance, product management, outsourcing, and more. Yossi's mission is to equip individuals with practical skills to start and grow their own businesses.

Yossi Wagshul is a freelance artist and creative influencer dedicated to helping people. He channels this passion by creating artwork for various educational series for kids and adults. In his spare time, Yossi creates art, uses his impressions, and infuses comedic wit into his daily life. He is excited to share his skills with the boys at Bnei Aliya.

Jona Piva brings five years of experience as a trainer and holds an associate's degree in exercise science. He is certified by the American Academy of Personal Training. Jona specializes in building a basic foundation of exercise knowledge for individuals who are trying to get into shape.

Mendel Isaac, who already gives a highly popular weekly class at Aliya, will be offering a special class for the school. His expertise in Brazilian Jujitsu will add a unique and valuable component to the physical education curriculum.
